Billing
Retail stores, market stalls, rental offices, apartments, dormitories.
By having meters installed in rental apartments, stalls, offices and dormitories; one can charged for the actual amount of resource consumed instead of having to approximate by floor area. A monthly bill can then be generated automatically.
Combined Display
On the main screen, the devices are organized into floors or areas and shown in outline form. Selecting an area will show all the meters for that area with their current readings.
Based on a multiple bus and multi-threaded architecture, updating the meter readings is quick and enables the system to display the data in near real time and always in sync with the actual meter readings.
Data Logging
Data is updated and logged every 30 minutes, which can be recalled later for reporting or search.
Data is stored in a MySQL database allowing for a simultaneous third party to access and read; such a third party software can then perform analysis on the data or create its own billing report.
The data can also be exported as an Excel file that the user can manipulate at their discretion.
