The iHCU-BH is designed to meet the needs of developers and builders to provide a low cost way of incorporating home automation features to boutique homes to increase their value. Each home can be equipped with either a basic iHCU unit or with the higher end iHCU with the additional RCX26 expansion to provide lighting, dimming, curtain and socket control, and even with some limited safety system capabilities.

What makes them unique is their ability to smoothen any brightness changes by gradually fading the light in and out to allow the eye to slowly adjust. The K80 is suitable for dimming halogen, incandescent and certain AC dimmable LED lamps.

IS40 has 4 buttons, each button holds one pattern

Each button has indicators lights and can be labeled with the pattern that it represents

Can be configured from the rear with the zone numbered from 1 to 15, each zone can have up to four IS40 (representing 16 patterns)
